What does Sara have to say?
Writing to you from: The World, The Universe and Everywhere
Weather: As always hot and sunny
Crazy times in this world continue. I remain on the side of humanity.
Sara’s OP ED
If people want to be in your life they make an effort. If they don’t, then you are better off without them.
There is no climate change – it is called the weather. We are made of carbon and we need carbon to live.
May we never let the pettiness of past lives filter into the grandeur of our own!
We can’t change whether people love us or not; people that love us, love us unconditionally.
What we see is what our mind projects to be true. Don’t like what you see, change your thoughts.
You are beautiful being who and what you are, and no one should ever try to shut you down nor should you let them. Shine with the brightness of what the Universe gave you.
The first to apologize is the bravest; the first to forgive is the wisest; and the first to forget is the happiest.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

This is a stunning picture:) love it! Sara, I visit your blog every now and again to see where you are at. I hope this trip has been good for you and that you are making time to delve deeper into who you are, and what makes you tick- what you perceive as good or bad. Striving for authenticity… When ypu get past what you are doing in the tourist sense, and reflect deeply in a human sense, I feel you may get there. Ever think about doing something the opposite of you and normal routine? I was going through some heavy shit a few years ago and took sone time to break free. I took a yoga teacher training course for a week. Intense days with sone amazing women. Instictively I lived those nine days doing the opposite of what I normally do. I lived without mirrors to free myself of self. I ate super clean. I let my Instincts guide me, and I never felt so alive. Apart from the intensity of the yoga course and asana practice, I came into my self, and felt enlightened…. I will always hold that experience close, and know on those dark days that I will get there again.
You inspire me, and I send you so much positivity:)
Thanks Kathleen. It took me a bit to figure out which post this picture was from because for some reason it came back to me as James photos 015 instead of Aussie Men which is the title of the post. Yes I have been delving deep into myself as per normal. I don’t know if I ever stop to be honest. I have been trying not to be too touristy but it is an interesting experience to find that line and then to have a sense of purpose once you realize that you are homeless and jobless. It is an interesting headspace I am working with. I know someone else who did such a yoga practice as you mentioned and also loved it. I think once I hit Malaysia and Africa, there will be some deep experiences for me to go through as well. Thanks for all you positivity. I am glad you enjoy the blog from time to time. I appreciate your friendship. Hope all is well on Gabriola. I follow you on Facebook.
Ah figured out the title difference – you commented just on the picture. Now it makes me realize that I should title my photos more appropriately!
Ps. I love your deep reflection about your sense of self and perceptions.
If I wrote some of the other stuff that I think about I likely would be committed!!! :o)
Lol! You are wonderful! I look forward to reading on! 🙂
