I know I have not been posting as regularly. The degree of interesting subject matter to cross my everyday life is a little less exciting than when I was travelling – which I will be doing again. But I do try to put up segments of fun stuff.
This morning, bright and early, I got up to go to my Mum’s club, the Ontario Racquet Club, where I also work out, to have a once a year early morning breakfast and be an audience for the members’ Christmas cheer. This early morning breakfast is put on so that all those sports fanatics who get to the club early in the morning, have a chance to talk to each other in a more social setting.
The Ladies Sing Their Tune to Frosty the Snowman
Well my Mum, who gets up three days out of the week at 6:30 am to go to exercise class, got up with the rest of her exercising maniac friends (meant in all jest and kindness) and sang a Christmas tune to a full room of ORC members.
Following the ladies, the men then got up and sang a tune. Sadly the memory disk in my camera was not big enough to record the full length of the men’s tune. However both groups were highly entertaining.
It just goes to show, that a person is never too old to exercise, keep in shape and have fun at the same time. Keep on entertaining us all of you. Life is even more fun that way.
