A cool statue near my hostel
I needed to add another post just to be able to add more pictures that I took in Lisbon. On a side note, I have rented a car since the one the owners of the house left me broke down. And my little village is a little isolated so I was starting to lose it. So now that I am mobile, I am much happier.

Although, I have to say, that Portuguese drivers are crazy. Worse than the Italians. For a bunch of people that seem for the most part to move at a snails pace when dealing with them in business or just watching them roam around all day, they sure like to drive fast. They don’t pay attention to the speed limits, drive in the middle of the road, and pass when it is pretty dangerous to do so. Craziness.

Anyway, enjoy the pictures. I know I have not been posting much as I have put other writing loads on my plate. I am now studying for my Day Skipper qualification and still writing my house building manuscript. But I will be going off sailing for a bit so hopefully will have more to post about.
